Blink-182 has always had a good sense of humor, take a look to the music videos from the “Enema Of The State” record. But this time we are going to go through one of their most popular songs with such quality and differentiation; “I Miss You” from their homonymous album.

The band´s lineup at that time was formed by Mark, Tom & Travis; things have changed and on 2020 Tom is not anymore part of bink-182 instead Matt Skiba joined since 2015. Then let´s go back to 2003 when “I Miss You” was released.

Travis on the drums, Mark on the bass and Tom on the guitar gave this time a darker and melancholic vibe to the song in which in some parts you can hear piano keys and double bass. The music video confirmed that dark essence like If you were looking a Tim Burton film.

A very intense part is when Tom sings “ Don’t waste your time on me, You´re already the voice inside my head” and right after Mark sings “(I miss you, I miss you)”. Is like you don´t want to have those memories back as are so deeply into you, but still makes you miss that someone…somehow. So, seat back, relax and play this song when you think so hard about him/her wishing that this will never ends, this will never ends.
